Many of the services we offer at Northwest Center and Plaza Natural Heath clinic are now available through telehealth. This allows you to access medical care without the need for in-person visits making it convenient if you have mobility challenges, childcare issues, illness or if you’re located far from the office. Through your patient portal on Optimantra you can connect virtually with your provider from the comfort of your home or anywhere there is an internet connection in Washington or Montana state.
At this time, we are offering telemedicine visits to all our current and new patients in the States of Washington and Montana.
** Telemedicine exclusions
– We cannot perform or bill an “annual” or “preventative” visit with telemedicine, as this is associated with a full physical examination.
– We are not contracted with any Montana health insurance at this point.
New Telemedicine Patients
For new Patients: When you book your first appointment you will receive a welcome email that contains a link to join the patient portal and instructions on how to connect for your first visit. Please sign up on the Optimantra patient portal.
- Please upload a picture of the front and back of your insurance card. This includes in and out-of-network patients since some labs can be billed to patients’ insurance that may not be in network with the physicians

Preparing For Your Telemedicine Visit
- Please fill out the intake and make sure you have updated all your medications, supplements and dosages 48 hours before your appointment. Note: filling out paperwork online is much more efficient on a computer than your cell phone.
- Choose a quiet environment without distraction and where you can speak freely.
- Please have all your supplements and medications on hand
- Gather note page and pen and headphones if you will be using them for your appointment
- Assure your device is working well, that the camera and microphone are enabled, and that your device is well charged or plugged in.
- To Connect: Go to the appointment confirmation sent to your email and click on the virtual appointment link
TELEHEALTH RETURN VISITS
After Your Telemedicine Visit
- Log into your patient portal to review your Personalized Treatment Plan. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your instructions to be loaded
- Call the office for your supplement order options. You can pick it up or we can mail it out from the office. You can also log into your Fullscript account to purchase supplements. On Fullscript all patients get 10% off and there is free shipping if you spend over $50.
